1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lemonade Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lemonade Studio is an AI-powered Roblox development tool that provides code generation, map building, and project management capabilities through a web dashboard and companion Roblox Studio plugin. The Service allows users to interact with an AI assistant to generate Luau scripts, build 3D environments, and push changes directly into open Roblox Studio places.

3. Account Requirements

To use Lemonade Studio, you must:

Be at least 13 years of age
Create only one account per person
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use exploits, hacks, or unauthorized methods to access or manipulate the Service
Abuse the AI system to generate malicious, harmful, or inappropriate content
Create or distribute illegal content through the Service
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Service without authorization
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its outputs without permission
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure

5. Payment Terms

Lemonade Studio offers the following paid plans:

Pro Plan: $4.99/month — includes increased AI credits and priority processing
Ultimate Plan: $15.00/month — includes unlimited AI credits and premium features
Credit Packs: Available for one-time purchase to supplement your plan

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store your credit card information. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. All sales are final. 6. Intellectual Property

Your projects: You retain full ownership of all Roblox projects, scripts, maps, and assets you create using the Service.
AI outputs: Code, scripts, and other content generated by the AI are licensed to you for use in your projects. You may use, modify, and distribute these outputs as you see fit.
The Service: Lemonade Studio, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by Lemonade Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lemonade Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Service, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. You may also terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the Service shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable legal framework.
