All payments made to Lemonade Studio are final and non-refundable. This includes subscriptions, credit packs, and any other purchases made through our platform.
We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
Accidental purchases, changes of mind, dissatisfaction with AI-generated content, technical issues on the user's end, or account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us at lemonadestudiopages@gmail.com within 30 days of the charge. We will review unauthorized charge disputes on a case-by-case basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund for the remaining time in your billing period, but you will retain access until it expires.
